The allnew Gozzo 42is a vessel capable of expressing a more pronounced contemporary feel without compromising the authentic character of the Sorrento’s gozzo.
The project is the result of a joint effort by Cataldo Aprea and Marco Casali (Too Design) for design and styling, and Umberto Tagliavini (Marine Design) for naval architecture, in collaboration with the shipyard’s in-house Technical Department.
From a stylistic perspective, the new Gozzo 42 introduces a new formal language that makes the boat sportier and more contemporary. The design of the hull, deckhouse and windows has been completely updated to give the silhouette greater dynamism, whilst maintaining the ‘family feeling’ that has made the Gozzo line recognisable on the international boating scene.
Designed to be fitted with either a traditional in-line shaft drive or a Volvo Penta IPS system,
Gozzo 42 ensures safety, comfort and high performance in all sea conditions offering a fresh take on the Mediterranean lifestyle at sea: authentic, convivial and deeply rooted in the centuries-old tradition of the Sorrento gozzo.
The new model will make its official debut in September at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival, but I’d be delighted to welcome you to our shipyard from May onwards so that I can offer you an exclusive first look in person.
