Marlin Boat 33
The new 33' will be an unequivocally Marlin Rib due to its unmistakable line, attention to detail, quality, sturdiness of construction and functionality of the deck design.
Characteristics that are not easy to combine in a single project, but which the shipyard has studied in every detail, harmonizing everything and creating a truly multi-purpose inflatable boat, which will satisfy the widest range of customers.
Never before has such an accurate and in-depth study and development been carried out on the water lines of the hull; its deep V has been designed to face any sea condition with maximum comfort and at the same time guarantee excellent performance thanks to the two steps and the carefully positioned support pads, which allow both to obtain high performance but also to reduce consumption and increase hydrodynamic efficiency.
The dressing includes a stainless steel and fiberglass bow walking surface equipped with rope holder and mooring bollards; a very robust and light structure at the same time, which frees the bow from heavy and obsolete, even aesthetically, rollers glued to the tube.
The anchor locker for mounting the electric winch is positioned under the deck level with the anchor protruding from the bow stem, just under the tube.
Immediately behind, we find a classic locker with a large volume for stowing equipment and accessories; its cushions form a generous 2 meter long bow sundeck.
The driving console hides inside a large compartment at head height dedicated to the bathroom and which can be used as a changing room; access is from the front side, lifting the two-seater sofa facing the bow.
If necessary, this compartment can quickly be transformed into a cabin with a berth for two people equipped with a 200 x 160 cm double bed.
The dashboard is designed for excellent ergonomics and protection; the dashboard can accommodate any electronic equipment in the large panel.
The utilities are controlled by an electronic control unit controlled by a waterproof push-button panel.
The two-seater driver's seat is complete with 2 armchairs with a folding portion to allow standing driving, behind which is the kitchen with sink and 65-litre refrigerator.
At the stern there is a large U-shaped sofa with a table in the centre. The area, capable of accommodating 6 people comfortably seated, can be quickly transformed into a sundeck measuring 195 x 190 centimetres.
Great work has also been done in the stern bathing area which, thanks to the positioning of the tubes and the removable platforms for 250 cm of trailerability when deflated, presents a very large walkable area of more than 3 square metres, served by a double ladder.
Finally, the tube, built with 1600 dtex fabric, is spread over two levels, low at the stern to
rest on the surface and give the boat greater stability in all conditions, high at the bow, both to avoid interfering with the wave motion during navigation, and to create high internal walls that give the occupants absolute protection and safety.
This particular profile, designed and patented by the shipyard in 1993, has been adopted for all the shipyard's models, making it a real trademark.
The robustness of the hull is guaranteed by coupling three different moldings: the deck, the reinforcing spider and the hull which are firmly joined together forming a monolith of exceptional resistance to stress.
The resin processes are carried out using top quality materials, such as Neopentyl Gel Coat and Vinylester GRP to avoid osmosis phenomena.
